My Experience in English Class

**** Now I got the opportunity to took a class the will count as a college class and also I will get college credit for taking this class. Well I am taking English, for me I think this class help me alot with my language because I'm still learning English and this is a way to practice my English.

**** The teacher's name is Sheila Rocha, she is a nice teacher and a great person, too. One thing that I like from her is that she make us to feel with a lot of confidence with ourselves and with her. She always is trying to explain the things very well so we can get it, also I like when she explain the things in English and then in Spanish so that is so helpful for the people like me who speak English and Spanish, so you can understand on some way or the other.

**** This class is an English class but sometimes it become a little of all classes, because she sometimes began to talk about history things, for example things about culture, ancestors from our countries and about the Indians in Mexico and from anothe place, too.

***** This class is really fun and it has been a great experince for me on the way that I have learned many things about all around the world. Everyone is nice and and we always trying to be helpful with each other and when got to work together we always give the best of us.

My Experience In The Carear Shadowing

** My carear shadowing was on Monday 7/2008, from 11:30 - 2:00. I went down to the Lutheran Family Services this officeses are specialist on Immigration cases. Down there I met the representative of the Lutheran Family Services her name is Rosa Ortiz, she is really nice and an interesting person. Also I met a really nice lady who took her time to explain to me about the law of immigration and to give me a tour around the office her name is Kimberly Smith, she is Rosa's assistant.
** I really learned many things about the law of immigration, I already knew some things but I learned many knew things. For example one thing that I learned was about the law 1-30, this means when someone ask for a petition to someone else so they can get the green card or a kind of permit to be in the United States.
** Also I learned how to file some documents asking for a petition or for refugees. I looked some the files of Rosa's clients and it was very interesting to read those documents about all those people who are asking for an opportunity to become a resident of the United States.
** Another thing was when I got to listen of some of the calls the people made to them for ask about their case or asking for a copy of some paper. Also I got to read some of the books that Rosa uses when she is working with some case, those books were really intersting for me because there in the books are many things or ways that show how to work with the different kinds of numbers law.
** I was intersting in becoming a immigration attorney, but after learning new things and talk with people who have experience in this wonderfurl job I just took a decision, now I know that this is my thing and I want to become a Immigration lawyer or just like Rosa a BIA (Accrdited Immigration Specialist) this means that she can help with everything in your immigration case but she can not help in court but she may help you to find a really good attorney.
